The CSP's Adapt project involved implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrating it with the Society's website and membership subscriptions system. Not having sufficient technical skills and capacity in-house to support the project, the CSP sought the assistance of JADe IT. JADe fulfilled the Integration Manager role in the Adapt project over a period of 12 months, from a 'proof of concept' activity with the preferred supplier to going 'live' in May 2014.
JADe's role, led by Len Hulley, was to manage the design and implementation of the integrated solution, and to lead on all technical areas of the project, including providing technical support to others in the project team. Len's technical skills, together with his knowledge of Dynamics and his very personable approach meant he got on well with the team, including IT suppliers and CSP staff, facilitating a successful outcome for the project and the organisation.
