Shelim has previous experience in working for a large government organisation providing first line support and valuable experience working with Active Directory, Exchange Management and general desktop troubleshooting. He is also experienced within a development environment which builds on his basic experience of programming languages.
Carl is JADe’s CEO and has more than 25 years experience delivering core business applications within various industry sectors.
Carl is a founding Director of JADe and has been instrumental in developing the JADe business ethos and client base.
During his career he has worked within the not for profits sector for approx 20 years and has also worked for organisations such as the BBC, Logica and Diabetes UK.
Carl currently manages JADe’s overall operation but maintains his IT involvement via his Projects Director role with regard to the F2 and C2 products.
Danielle is currently with Ethical IT as part of an IT apprenticeship which involves classroom study and on the job experience. She is the third apprentice to have been taken on by Ethical IT having recently completed her A Levels. She is now studying towards her Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence which is a Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship.
Vijay is a recent graduate from the University of Kent where he studied Business Information Technology. He successfully completed a year in industry course during his degree course and has experience in Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, Active Directory Administration, Exchange Administration, Citrix Administration and other software packages and general desktop support.
Krishna has been with us since March 2010 and his extensive knowledge of a wide range of technologies such as server architecture, security, and network infrastructure means he is able to deliver complex and effective solutions to clients, as well as offering support to the Operations team for highly technical, 3rd line escalations.
Krishna has been key in revamping the core backbone networks in a number of Ethical Property Company centres, building in redundancy, security and greater efficiency for the tenant organisations, and has a range of certifications based on Cisco, Microsoft and VMware.
James is the Helpdesk Manager based in the JADe Technical Centre. In the last 3 or so years James has acquired an extensive knowledge of Microsoft products including Server 2003, Exchange, Active Directory, XP and Vista as well as expertise of various IP telephony systems, specialising in Avaya VOIP solutions combined with Cisco VLANs that provide a solid backbone for many of the centres in which our clients operate.
He is pioneering a review project of these centres to make sure that there is consistency across the board with regards to network and VOIP infrastructure. James' customer focused approach ensures that clients receive the best possible service in a professional manner, while consultants work in the most efficient and punctual way.
Martin has over 30 years of commercial IT experience providing consultancy, sales and marketing to all business sectors of Government, Academic, Corporate and Commercial organisations.
Specialising in Healthcare management systems to the General Practitioner and NHS Trust Authorities, he also has sound knowledge of implementation and deployment of Library Management and Enterprise Information Management systems.

Len has 10 years of experience in the IT industry specialising in .NET and MS SQL development of web and Windows applications. He has designed, developed, implemented and maintained an impressive portfolio of projects.
Cliff has worked in the website development industry for over 15 years. After graduating from Caledonian University Cliff has produced websites for high profile customers such as the European Commission, RAC and Historic Scotland.
