We can undertake a system audit of new client IT environments in order to gain an
understanding of the infrastructure and to identify any issues. We can prepare either
a summary or detailed system audit report which will highlight any issues identified
and present a set of recommendations for improvement.
For existing clients we can offer a regular healthcheck service, whereby the agreed
system environment is reviewed and a healthcheck report prepared. The healthcheck
will ensure that key system components (e.g. email servers) are scrutinised in detail.
Healthchecks are generally undertaken on a quarterly basis.
We can also undertake frequent system monitoring, usually as part of a service level

IT infrastructures. These are usually provided via an SLA and provides guaranteed
service via JADe's helpdesk facility. We can tailor an SLA to include any combination
