Project Management

JADe provides IT project management services for its own development and operations projects.This ensures that agreed deliverables are adhered to in a timely fashion. We can also provide project management consultancy for internal client projects.

Additionally, we can provide the necessary services to manage IT departments on a short-term basis. This would help to cover gaps in internal resourcing; for example during periods of extended leave / absence.

IT Business Strategy

We can work with clients to develop an IT business strategy. The strategy work consists of the following stages:-

Analysis of business objectives
Review current operational issues
Review current IT systems
Prepare and agree a high-level implementation plan
