It is intended that the JADe Tech Centre will, in the future, provide a place for IT users to gain information and ask questions related to IT systems. This will be provided via the following mechanisms:-
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) facility
- Helpdesk facility (password-controlled access for JADe clients)
- JADe Bulletin Board / Newsgroup
- IT News / Recent Events
